1. Michael, if you were asked a question in a humorous atmosphere in the company of non-programmers: who is a programmer, what would you answer?

Well, you know, you ask a difficult question, but if i have to answer with humor, then it's a cobbler.

2. Family happiness and professional career. Complementary or interfering phenomena?

Based on my own experience, you convince your wife, she works with you, and it turns out two in one. When my wife works on our projects, it turns out to be complementary. When he wants money in return, it is disruptive.

3. What advantages of your organization would you be proud of to strangers?

Our team loves complex, seemingly intractable problems. That is why our company, Avromik, creates sustainable systems.

4. Personal image. No we haven't heard, or a perceptible and important concept?

If short, then no, we haven't heard it. And if more seriously, I understand that it is a very important thing. Nevertheless, I don't do anything special, I try to be perceptible with natural activity and work.
