Vigen Chatinyan. “The longevity of a firm in real estate is a sign of a trust”

1. Vigen, the world is evolving, digital technologies are creating new opportunities for business promotion. Does the industry of Real Estate Agencies continue to work with the same efficiency and doesn’t give its way to online technologies?

Yes, the world has changed and new opportunities have been created for business promotion, but buying or renting real estate is not like buying a plane ticket online, here people are interested in direct contacts, meetings and discussions. I consider the role of real estate agents very important and effective.

2.You represent an organization that has been involved in real estate for more than a quarter of a century, aren't you tired of that industry?

Of course not, we aren't tired. Furthermore, longevity in this industry is a sign of trust. There is a popular saying in the public, most liars are said to look like a broker. In other words, people think that real estate agents are often out to cheat them. We have always worked with the principles of long-term trust and integrity, and as a result, we have been able to withstand the trials of the years. By the way, taking advantage of this opportunity, I can add that in the near future we are going to solemnly celebrate the 26th anniversary of our organization.

3.Do you think there will come a day when your organization will offer its professional services on Metaverse as well?

As they say, nothing can be ruled out. After Mark Zuckerberg's famous live, in general, I don't rule out that one day all businesses can have offices in Metaverse. I didn't miss the Disenterland platform, where a number of famous brands have already bought offices. At this very stage of our activity , there are no such goals yet, but I am closely following technological developments, and such developments are also possible if relevant.

4.Our next question can be considered a continuation of the previous one. In your opinion, how effectively is your organization “BARS”, able to use 21st century information opportunities as a promotion of an environment for business?

The possibilities you mentioned are almost unlimited, they are our constant focus, but from a business perspective it is not always efficient to use them all in parallel. Depending on the nature of the business problem, we try to integrate as much as possible with the technological tools provided by the modern world. I think it's not bad for us, but at the same time I don't rule out that we have a lot  to work on.
