       1. Vlad, what kind of country is Armenia for starting an IT business? And, in general, does the country matter in that case?

In order to answer this question comprehensively, I will have to make a small excursion about 15 years ago, when I first started a business in Armenia. First of all, let me start by saying that the actual process of registering a legal entity took  almost a month and took so much energy from me that I had to think several times “do I really want to start a company”?

Then the actual business activity began. Armenia almost lacked any infrastructure necessary for digital business. I am not talking about being a priority direction of the economy or getting any tax and custom benefits. For the sake of justice, I must mention that we were also very inexperienced, we didn't know almost any nuances of running a business. But there were many objective difficulties: starting from the lack of investment opportunities, ending with the lack of good professionals.

We worked mainly on the local market and in some rare cases on foreign (often Russian) rather primitive projects. Over the years, many issues have gradually been resolved, and I believe this is also due to the consistent efforts of the IT industry players. The situation today is simply incomparable (without belittling the scale of today's problems and difficulties). Armenia is no longer an unknown point on the global investment map. A small remark should be made here. We are not talking (hopefully yet) about a company that is a legal resident of Armenia. We are talking about companies located in Armenia, but mostly US residents. In general, there are very few countries in the world where a resident company can expect investment from the global venture ecosystem. That is why the indisputable center of technology business is the USA. That is why the most clear answer to the question will be: Armenia is already quite an attractive country for starting an IT business, and at the same time there is still a lot of room for growth and improvement in this matter.

2. If you had a reason to be proud of your organization, and you had only 2 sentences, how would you express your thoughts?

Thanks to Wirestock, more than 60,000 creatives from 150 countries around the world finally got a chance to earn money doing what they love. The world's display advertising market has been filled with the highest quality, multi-million dollar and ever-growing content that would not have appeared in that market without Wirestock.

3.  What are your predictions for Wirestock? What to expect in the future?

Wirestock looks at promising types of content, and it's not too hard to guess what developments might be coming. One can look into the field of metaspaces, understand the development of the field of three-dimensional modeling and virtual reality. I think we will always end up where there is an attractive type of content and the creator wants to be in the legal field and make money. You know, in terms of general philosophy, I would like to add that we value the fact that we can prove with our environment that it is possible to create and develop a supranational organization in Armenia. The stereotype that one must necessarily be in the USA in order to build a supranational organization has been broken long ago. We hope to be one of the examples to support this claim in a few years.

4.  Professional work combined with hobby: is this a myth or does it really happen?

It is quite possible to love professional work so much that everyday work makes you happy. Whenchoosing teammates, we pay this feature the most attention. A hobby, in my opinion, is by definition at odds with being a job. You should also not engage in a hobby when it is purely necessary, and not to a cry of the soul. In daily work, sometimes it is necessary  to do something that is not enjoyable at the time, but is a necessary part of the strategic path.
