From chocolate production to product management - the next Actual Event took place.

In 2022 on April 28, the next Actual Events took place at the Congress Hotel.

During the event 3 speakers gave speeches. Thus, they shared their accumulated knowledge, experience, interesting stories, and answered the questions asked by the auidence.

The first speaker of the event was the product manager of EasyDMarc Ruben Khachatryan, who spoke about how relevant the step-by-step approach to product development is in the 21st century and how often you need to communicate with the consumer. 

The second speaker was the director of Picsart Talent Growth Vars Vardanyan, who talked about how employer branding affects the labor market in the 21st century, how people's motivation is managed in large organizations, and answered many questions that the audience was interested in. The third speaker was the co-founder and director of Gourmet Dourme Diran Baghdadlian, who spoke about the role of the family in the life of a businessman, also about  the difficulties and opportunities of exporting to the USA, as well as the secret of Gourmet Dourme's success in the Armenian chocolate market.

The event consisted of 2 parts, after the speeches  of the first 2 speakers there was a coffee break and the attendees got to know each other more closely.
